PP88 Terms and Conditions – Know Before You Play

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing pp88.uk or creating an account, you enter into a binding agreement with PP88 and confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms apply to all products available on the platform, including Casino, Sports Betting, Bet, Bingo, and the VIP Programme.

PP88 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, they will be published on this page with a revised review date. Language and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are written in English and are intended for players in the Philippines. In the event of any conflict between translated or summarised versions and this English text, this English version takes precedence. All disputes are governed by applicable law.

Who Can Register

To register and use a PP88 account, you must meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active:

• You are at least 21 years of age — PP88 operates a strict 21+ policy with no exceptions
• You are located in the Philippines and using the platform for personal entertainment only
• You are registering one account only — multiple accounts for the same person are not permitted
• You have provided accurate and complete personal information during registration
• You are not acting on behalf of another person or a business entity
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion period on PP88 or any related platform
• Gaming or online betting is not prohibited under any law or regulation that applies to you personally

Identity Verification (KYC)

PP88 requires identity verification before processing any withdrawal request. This process — commonly referred to as Know Your Customer or KYC — requires you to submit a valid government-issued ID and may include additional supporting documents depending on your account activity.

Accepted identification includes a Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, driver's licence, UMID, or other valid government-issued photo ID. PP88 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any point if there is reason to verify your identity or source of funds.

Accounts that fail to complete KYC within a reasonable period after being requested to do so may have withdrawal access suspended until verification is complete.

One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted one account only. Registering duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method, or the same IP address — is a breach of these terms. PP88 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and withhold any balances or bonuses associated with them pending investigation.

Accepted Currency and Payment Methods

All transactions on PP88 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). PP88 does not accept foreign currencies and does not perform currency conversion. You deposit in PHP, your account balance is held in PHP, and all withdrawals are paid out in PHP.

Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include Philippine bank transfer, online and mobile banking via local Philippine banks, GCash, and Maya. All payment methods must be registered in your own name and must match the name on your verified PP88 account. PP88 does not accept deposits via credit cards or cryptocurrency.

Deposit Conditions

• Deposits are credited to your account once the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and are displayed at the time of transaction
• PP88 does not charge deposit fees, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges
• Deposits from third-party accounts — accounts not in your name — are not accepted and will be returned or flagged
• Cryptocurrency and credit card deposits are not supported

Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where possible, or to a verified Philippine bank account, GCash, or Maya registered in your name.

• KYC identity verification must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed
• Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within the timeframe stated in the platform's support documentation
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed at the time of request
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances
• Pending withdrawal requests may be reviewed or delayed if there is a security or compliance concern on the account

General Gaming Conduct

PP88 offers Casino, Sports Betting, Bet, and Bingo. Each product area has its own specific rules that are displayed within the product itself. These general terms apply across all products. In the event of a conflict between a product-specific rule and these general terms, the product-specific rule takes precedence for that product.

Sports Betting

Sports bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed and confirmed. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled except in circumstances explicitly covered by the product's void bet policy — for example, a match being abandoned before completion.

• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to connection stability and market availability at the time
• Results are settled based on official outcomes from the relevant governing body for each sport
• Bets placed after an event has started — where not offered as in-play markets — will be voided
• PP88 reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds resulting from a system or human error

Casino and Bingo

All Casino games and Bingo rooms operate using certified random number generation. Game outcomes are determined by the game engine at the time of play. Disconnections during a game round do not invalidate the round — the result is recorded server-side and will be reflected in your account once connection is restored.

PP88 is not liable for losses caused by connection issues on the player's side, including unstable mobile data or Wi-Fi. It is your responsibility to ensure you have a stable connection before playing games involving real PHP funds.

Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or software fault that affects the outcome of a game or bet, PP88 reserves the right to void the affected transaction and return the staked amount to the player's account. PP88 does not honour outcomes — wins or losses — that result from a verified technical fault.

Promotional Offers

PP88 may offer bonuses, cashback, free bets, and other promotions from time to time. Each promotion has its own specific terms — including any applicable wagering requirements, eligible games, and expiry conditions — which are published alongside the promotion itself.

General conditions that apply to all promotions on PP88 unless otherwise stated:

• Promotions are available to verified, active accounts in good standing
• One promotion per player applies unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise
• Accounts found to be abusing promotional offers — including through multi-accounting or collusion — will have bonuses voided and may have their account reviewed
• PP88 does not guarantee the availability of any specific promotion at any given time

VIP Programme

The PP88 VIP Programme rewards consistent activity across all platform products. Points are accumulated automatically through qualifying bets and game activity. The programme operates across multiple tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum — with benefits that increase at each level.

Grounds for Restriction or Closure

PP88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close an account in any of the following circumstances:

• The account holder is found to be under 21 years of age
• False, misleading, or incomplete information was provided during registration or KYC
• Multiple accounts are detected for the same individual
• Evidence of fraud, money laundering, collusion, or match-fixing activity
• Abuse of bonuses or promotional offers, including systematic exploitation of errors
• Any breach of these Terms and Conditions

Where an account is closed due to verified fraud or a material breach of these terms, PP88 reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. In all other closure scenarios, any withdrawable balance will be returned to the player via their verified payment method after the account review is complete.

Voluntary Account Closure

You may request to close your PP88 account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closure is processed, any pending withdrawals will be completed and your remaining withdrawable balance will be returned to your verified PHP payment method. Bonus funds with unsatisfied wagering requirements will be forfeited on voluntary closure.

Player Protection

Gaming and betting on PP88 are intended to be entertainment. They are not a source of income and do not guarantee winnings. All games involve an element of chance, and it is possible to lose money. PP88 is not liable for any losses — financial or otherwise — arising from: platform downtime, connection issues on the player's end, delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers, or actions taken by PP88 in accordance with these Terms and Conditions such as account restrictions following a breach.

Nothing in these terms limits PP88's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any matter that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
